Morning Drop Off
Arrival
Students can begin entering the building at 8:25 and will head directly to their classrooms. There is no morning recess and drop off is between 8:25-8:30 am. The 4 minute video above shows the drop-off process and specific entrances for students.
Depending on where you are coming from in the morning, families will select one entrance/exit. If you are traveling from the North (Kroes), enter LOT A. If you are traveling from the South, enter Lot B. Loop in, drop student(s), and depart turning back the way you came. See map below.
Depending on the location of of your child's classroom, entrances also vary. Please watch the videos to help make things go more smoothly.

Drop-Off Reminders
- Pull up
- No cell phone use
- Drive slowly
- Have kids ready to exit the car
- Students exit on the right side of car only
- All parents stay in the vehicles
BUS ENTRIES- Doors used for bus riders
LATE DROP-OFFS - YOU DON'T NEED TO GET OUT OF THE CAR
Please call the office to inform us that your child will be late 863.6374. When you arrive at school let your student out of the car and they can walk up to to front door and enter into the office and where they will get a pass to class.
Afternoon Pick Up
Dismissal - 3:35 Dismissal will look the same as last year with all parents parking and walking up to pick-up their child by SI (near gym) or Traditional (near library/blue roof). Lines will be set-up A-Z in both areas and our parking lot will be split in half for parking as well. Park accordingly and stand and wait in the first parking spaces for your child to exit the building.
MAPSLIDES
Early Pickups - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR
Please try to avoid picking your student up early. If you have an appointment that you cannot change, please call the office the morning of the early release. We will provide teachers with updates about student early releases at 10:30am and 2:30pm daily.
If you do have to pick up early -
- All Students exit building at 3:35
- TRADITIONAL parks on the right side of the lot
- SPANISH IMMERSION parks on the left side of the lot
- Turn right only
MAPSLIDES
- Outside RAIN or SHINE, so consider sending your child with a poncho or small umbrella
- Back into parking spots when possible, so you can easily pull out
- Do not cross the service drive, but wait in the front row
- Physically distance yourself from other parents
- Keep your child(ren) close to you in the parking lot and watch for cars exiting the lot

- Parents may utilize the morning drop off loop right in front of the front office when picking up your student early if you are picking up before 3:00.
- We will call your child down to the office.
- They will check into the office and head on out to your car
Other Daily Procedures
Do You Need to Drop Something Off? If you have an item that needs to get to a student, simply drop it off on our table in our vestibule and provide the student’s name and classroom on a Post-It note. We will make sure it gets where it needs to go.

- Student's name
- Reason for Absence - if it is an illness we need to know the symptoms of the illness - vomiting, coughing, fever, cold, diarrhea - whatever the reason may be
